Who are we ?
Forworx is an independent consultancy company in Real Estate. It brings together collaborators from leading audit & advisory companies, international Estate agencies and engineering consultancies.
Added value
Our added value is based, on the one hand, on a very accurate knowledge of the Real Estate market and, on the other hand, a methodology inspired from the "big 4" and completed by our operational knowledge of Real Estate, Facility Management, I.T. processing and Procurement.
Optimization
The renting or the purchase of some sqm and all the costs which result from it, constitute the most important expenses of a company after the salaries. To choose a building is a strategic decision which arises only once every six or nine years. However, the qualities of the building, its adaptation to the organizational and technical needs, are factors which influence the performance of a company
An implemented strategy
Forworx's goals are to optimize, with its clients, the work infrastructure, from the definition of a real estate strategy, searching the market and the selection of the final building, the projects of construction or installation, until operational management and the related support services.
Our clients
Forworx is involved in projects extending from a few hundred to several tens of thousands sqm: optimization is possible on any scale. Our methodologies are formalized around data-processing applications and our data bases are constantly updated. Even for small surfaces, our fees will always be compensated for by the financial profits obtained. According to the nature and the size of the projects, we can work on the basis of a variable fee related to the results (profit sharing).
Independance
The role of Forworx is to defend the interests of the occupier, whether he is the tenant or the owner. Not being a real-estate agent, Forworx does not perceive any brokerage commission on behalf of landlords (mandates) or on behalf of real-estate agents (commissions splitting between agents). Forworx does not hold or manage any Real Estate portfolio and does not manage assets. Thus Forworx is an entirely independent consultancy company. (picture Marc Wilwert)
