Petro-Center
Petro-Center SA, the largest official distributor for ESSO and MOBIL in Luxembourg, will build their new premises in Leudelange.
The Petro-Center building will soon offer 1100m² of dedicated office space. The petrol station and the administrative buildings’ white and grey Eternit facade gives the buildings a modern look, thereby combining tradition and progress.
“Our building will be a facility center for companies, explains enthusiastic Mr Paul Kaiser, administrator delegate at Petro-Center. On the ground floor you will find a 400m² shop, a snack bar and a petrol station with a state-of-the-art carwash tunnel and polish station. “
The development is managed by Forworx. The office spaces were made to order for the users: adapted lighting, easy modulation of office areas, flexible space. Comfort is provided by cold ceiling and air installation units. Raised floor for easy cable management and special air conditioning for IT rooms are just some of the many custom solutions. Ceiling height is 2.9m.
When leaving Luxemburg capital towards France, Leudelange is the first office area on the highway. The zone is expanding rapidly and some well known companies are already installed here : the insurance group Foyer, Lease Plan, Qatena, a Mercedes dealership and the CK business center among others. The insurer La Luxembourgeoise has recently decided to build its new offices here also.
Easily accessible and visible from the highway, Leudelange offers a perfect mix of residential living and company activities. It offers parking facilities and the zoning is served by public transportation (railway and bus).

ZENIT EUROPE
Zenit Europe established his new european headquarter at Bascharage (Luxembourg).
Zenit Europe chose a building under construction, which was fitted out by Forworx.
Some 450 m2 of offices and 3.000 m2 for the storage of the pumps are available.
Forworx was entrusted by Zenit for the follow-up of the construction and realized a high-tech concept.
