Forworx has also developed a methodology inspired by the "Big Four"'s management practices, which is adapted to professional real estate practices. This methodology takes into account total cost of occupation of a building as the reference indicator. All factors that may impact on business costs are considered: rent, indexation, service charges, energy consumption, maintenance costs, IT configuration costs, space planning, the company's organizational structure, transport flows, geographic location, etc. This means we can identify the best properties for our clients, based on transparent, identifiable and factual criteria.

Forworx has also created specific IT tools to support its activities: PRO_PM for real estate management projects and REWORX for real estate analysis.

Forworx also has a software package designed to track regular inspection of the building.
